Who wants to spend their vacation on a busy street next to a fast food restaurant and for no cheap price? Their website if anything is very misleading, for example you are presented a series of photos at an angle that gives you the impression of nice view and being in an unfrequented area but all you get is watching people eat and overhear their loud conversations as even on the top floor you are way too close to the restaurant. The furniture and equipment were at best mediocre as you would sense that everything was chosen on a tight budget. The internet connection you are provided with if anything is a joke being capped at 2 mbit/s. Parking is only available if no one has already taken your space. It's a wonder how it has good reviews, probably they got all their employees to check in and leave 5 stars. All in all you can get a lot better for this price around toroni.

Do not go there unless you are used to the Balkan attitude. We had a horrible experience there. We have paid the full price 3 months in advance. On our arrival in the early afternoon it turned out we need to spend the first 2 nights in a different 'hotel' with much worse conditions because the place was overbooked. Also we have paid a price for a room with 4 beds but we have been accommodated in one with 3 beds because all of the previous were already occupied. If you think we got compensated you are wrong. When we brought the issue to the property manager he started yelling at us and kicked us out from his office !
The receipt we got at the end of our stay was a piece of paper with a blue ink on it. It looks like they do not pay taxes too.

It all started way back in March, when i used Google maps to search the area on second peninsula to find a spot for my family for early June.
This is how i saw Toroni and liked the location.
On Google maps i saw pinned an accommodation which had 3-4 reviews but went to check it on their site and bookings.
Liked the photos, checked location and immediately booked through their site, paid in advance end of March so I am sure that I get a room.
But what i got actually was a studio that was bellow any standards. My worst accommodation ever. We arrived right after 2 p.m. exactly as it was demanded on their site. The owner greeted us and gave us a key from the ground floor studio, which was right next to their coffee shop and office. And then he left immediately saying he needed to go to the airport.
His wife came to show us the room and what was there to see actually.
The water heater is regulated on the main fuse, and there is an arrow showing which one you should switch on/off.
The bathroom door was cheap plastics and was not even closing well, i had to slam it every time so i would not smell the urea that was leaking from the toilet seat.
Water pipe is passing on a meter from the bedroom, right next to where you place your head. and above is the main table with all fuses.
Bathroom is old and all rusty and semi cleaned. Dead mosquitoes all over the studio.
There was a chimney in the room, probably previously was some kind of fast food place or something. Vertical sanitation pipe in the bathroom was open in corner and was not used.
Kitchen had rusty and metal taste utensils which we didn't use, bought from near supermarket together with pans and everything we needed for the child.
Room cleaned first time after 5 days, when i finally demanded it. Second time after 3 days.
We are family: husband, wife and a 15 months old baby.
There was a hole for a kitchen aspirator, but there was not any, but this was also least of the problems.
Remote control was not working, but i didn't care for it, had bigger problems already.
There were more issues but i think is enough for you people to understand how it was.
I haven't seen so much hypocrisy in my life as i saw from the owners.
I would HIGHLY NOT recommend this place even to my worst enemy.
BE AWARE of scams like this one!

The best thing about this place is their website. We were promise a sea view and ended up facing a noisy street with a "fence view". Toroni is a mind-blowing place and there are so many nice hotels there, so take our advice and choose another one.
