A place where you can eat, and have your kids play into a kindergarden with fence around so its more secure. Also there is a big toy store. Coffee shops with drink option by night. Cinema at the 1st floor. Free 2 level underground parking and Kiosk.

It is a nice place to visit, if you want to hang out for a coffee or watching a movie. There is a huge multi-store of the "JUMBO" chain as well. It used to be a great asset of Patras city in the past and now is a little bit underrated.

You'll find many opportunities for shopping (one big store), food, bar, bowling as well as a cinema complex to watch the latest releases.

Only decent place in Patras to house a cinema complex. Can enjoy a cup of coffee while kids are busy with the playground. Good places for coffee - drink. Free and spacious underground parking.
