Wonderful place. Better that a lot of 4* hotel. Excellent breakfast , excellent customer service, view to die for, in a very special setting. All in all a beautiful experience. Definetely a place to come back.

We were very disappointed by the management at Vasilios Apartments Hotels in Limeni. Our room reservation (made over the phone with Spyros 2 months before our arrival date) was cancelled by the hotel the day before our arrival. The hotel tried to reach me ONCE over the phone the day before our scheduled arrival and as I could not answer it at that time because we were at a wedding in Athens, they arbitrarily decided to give our room away. We only found out that we do not have a room in Limeni for our 2 night stay when I called the next morning from en route to ask for directions to the village.

After overcoming the shock of the actual cancellation announcement from Spyros and inquired why and how such thing could happen, the most infuriating thing was that we were told it is our responsibility and fault for not having picked up the phone and that we are victims of other peoples unprofessional behaviour by just not showing up for their bookings.

I am afraid that the only unprofessional behaviour came from Spyros and the Vasilios Apartments Hotel management who would allow something like this to happen and let people hanging during their holidays. Dealing with our situation was not in any sense satisfactory.

I would strongly advise anyone wanting to stay in Limeni to look for alternative accommodation and would recommend the lovely, family-run B&B run by Andreas Tetradis where we ended up spending our 2 nights.
