Terra Mare is GREAT.
The rooms are typical Greek hotel rooms, basic but sweet and more than adequate. Where this hotel shines is the host, Niicos. He is incredible. He never sits down! The guy works so hard and is always so happy and helpful.. its difficult to explain but if you stay there you will understand. He is by far the best host (and one of the best human beings) we have ever come across.
The rest of the staff are great also, anything you need they will try to help.
Location is ideal, 15 minutes from arguably the best beach in Kefalonia, Petani beach. VERY RECCOMENDED.
Also its 10 minutes from Lixuri, a small port town with excellent bars and restaurants and shops.
Pool is 24hr and great size for swimming and the view is pretty awsome.
Plenty of parking, easy road access and easy access to routes throughout the island. The hotel is around 1 hour from the airport (self driven).
TRY the chocolate milkshakes!!
We will miss Kefalonia but we will miss Niicos more. He made our holiday unforgettable. And we cant thank him enough.
Stayed first 2 weeks of September.

Nikos is taking hospitality to the next level. We felt welcome from the very beginning till the end of our holiday. The hotel is nice and clean. The prices are more than fair and we enjoyed to relax at the bar when we came back from the beach. The location is perfect for exploring the island with a rental car. We recommend to take the ferry from Lixouri to Agrostoli when you want to see the south-east of the island. We promised Nikos to come back one day.

The best hotel in Kefalonia. Rooms are not very modern but very clean and spacious. The host Nikos, nothing is too much for him. The food is very tasty and he offer very good prices. He pay a lot of attention to each tourist and try to make your holiday the best ever. We served with pleasure breakfast ,lunch and dinner. Magnificent place with wonderfull people.

Rooms are spacious and clean, the owner and the staff are very polite and helpful, the food is tasty, the place is quiet and relaxing and the pool is the biggest and cleanest I ve ever met in a hotel, definitely value for money hotel!!!

Really the best hotel on the best hotel on the Island! You live in lovely Bungalows with sea view! Also the breakfast is amazing! There is a huge variety of great food so you can start your day right! Also everyone is so friendly and helpful here ! Also this part of the island is the best so if you come to Kefalonia I would really regiment to stay in Terra Mare!!!

Immaculate, air conditioned comfortable rooms, friendly, efficient staff. Manager is very helpful and friendly. The level of quality and attention to detail is a lovely touch. Huge pool with plenty of sun loungers, pool bar and all kept very clean..

Πολύ ωραίο μέρος που βρίσκεται το ξενοδοχείο ηρεμία ησυχία Πολύ άνετο και σούπερ για οικογένειά, ο άνθρωπος που τα εχει ειναι πολυ ευγενικός επαγγελματίας ,και πολυ εξυπηρετικοί όλοι τους.σου δείχνει μέρη στο χάρτη παραλίες και οτι χρειαστείς, ειναι καλός γνώστης τις Κεφαλονιάς.
