Poor communication skills,
They seem to refuse hiring multilingual speakers so every time you call their phones and you don't speak Greek they hang up.
If you keep calling then they might neglect you or they answer aggressively but still hang up as long as you keep speaking any language other than Greek.
It takes a lot of trials to get your call answered and when they answer, they are aggressive.
Their customer service desk must be the angriest desk in the whole world.
Terrible delivery protocols,
They never notify you before coming to your home, they always come unsuspected and unannounced.
I don't know why they only deliver parcels in the morning hours while people are out for work.
Personally, I ask them to bring my parcels in the evening say from 3pm and they refuse yet they always say to their partners/{where we buy from} and on their websites that they deliver packages from 9am-8pm.
They also refuse leaving my parcels to the nearest office and instead send them far from my address, if I have multiple packages they spread the packages to different offices instead of gathering them at one post office.
Every time my packages come through ELTA courier I just wanna give up on them and ask for a refund from the seller.
You are the worst!

My package is 7 weeks late. They sent me in circles calling all different elta courier shops. Each time I call the line says its busy and hangs up!!!!!! Unbelievable

Εάν είστε εδώ και διαβάζετε σχόλια προφανώς έχετε μπλέξει.
Τρείς εργάσιμες είναι στο αεροδρόμιο , δέμα από την Γερμανία και δεν έχει φύγει ακόμη
Έντεκα ημέρες και ακόμη τίποτα.. όχι από Κίνα από τα 'κεντρικά 'στην Γερμανία
μέσω της DHL.
Αν μπορείτε να αποφύγετε οποιαδήποτε σχέση με το μαγαζακι της Eurobank , όπως κατάντησαν τα πρώην Ελληνικά Ταχυδρομεία, καλό θα κάνετε στην υγεία σας.response / report this review -

Ουτε στην Αφρική -5 καθυστερηση εως σημερα 45 ημερες απο Ασια οποτε παιρνουμε τηλεφωνο ,δεν εχουνα ατομα ,δεν φταινε αυτοι ,μπλλα μπλλα .να δουμε ποτε θα γινει παραλαβη παμε για παγκοσμιο ρεκορ .
