Spotlessly clean great food friendly staff

Terrible expierience, food was averege. Alcohol in bar is garbage every drink taste the same and there is pretty much no alcohol in them. You have to pay for aircon 6€ everyday. We decided to buy a fan and they charged us 3€ per day for using it. When we refused to pay they threatened us. The receptionist was very rude and racist. The room looked nice however there are only 2 English channels on TV. Overall the island is beautiful and worth visiting however I would avoid this hotel as there are many betters ones in the area.

Fantastic, helpful crew, delicious food. Even tough room standard wasn't perfect, it was really nice to stay in that hotel. I do recommend :)

We stayed for a week (all inclusive). The hotel is well maintained, and looks really nice. The staff members and owner are very friendly.

Foarte urata cazarea. Camera neaerisita, mirosea a igrasie, nu te puteai intelege cu nimeni chiar daca le vorbeai in engleza se faceau ca nu inteleg doar ca sa nu iti rezolve problemele cu camera, cazarea apa din camera de la chiuveta nu curgea, in camera nu am avut lumina era becul ars si a fost schimbat in penultima zi nu am avut unde sa ne intindem prosoapele la uscat
Noi am luat all inclusiv iar la bar daca cereai in 10 minute de 2 ori o bautura anume iti spunea ca bei prea mult..
mancarea nu a fost cine stie ce zilnic au fost cartofi si foarte putine alte sortimente.. de obicei cam aceeasi mancare sub nici o forma nu isi merita banii si nici nu merita atatea stele .. sunt profund dezamagita de acest hotel !!!response / report this review -

Very nice hotel, excelent staff, always smiling, great food, clean rooms, wifi, pool.etc, totally recommend!
