  The hotel, being very close to the sea, is superbly located. The rooms have a nice balcony view, they are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is tasty.

  Clean, fair breakfast and nice pool area. I had a good time there. The furniture in my room was a bit outdated. The beach is close and good, but you need to go through an old deserted camp to get to it.

  Nice and clean pool, good and clean rooms. Nice and friendly staff. Praia not to far and the beach of agaia triada were the cafés are is a 5min walk, perfect. The food was not so variabel breakfast was everyday the same not so much choice in fruit.. and the a la carte menu was not so big. There is a lack of transportation and or is hard to get somewere. Also a lot of the transfers of the tours don't pick up at sun beach so book tours in advance. If your here to be at the beach and swim in the pool and eat in local restaurants it's fine! (A lot of Russians stay here)

  Hotel is clean and cozy, rooms are kept clean and spotless. Breakfast and Dinner are OK. But everything around Hotel, especially way to the beach and beach it self is looking like disaster has struckSea is clean

  All fantastic, nice sand beach, great pool, fantastic staff, high hygiene, every day new towels (included beach towel), delicious food, close to Thessaloniki, about 20km, in front of the hotel is bus station, if someone don't have a car.

  Place is terible, everything is very old, place does not deserve even 2 stars
  I do not know who and why gave them 4
  It has a lot of moisture, way to the beach is scary. Rooms are not cleen, iI would not recomend it to anyone!

  Great view. It's very close the the sea and the pool is great as well. There are many things on their menu (I have never been fuller).

  I was staying there because of business trip. I spent there 2 months. Rooms was clean and services ok. Unfortunately staff was not friendly and not hospitable at all. Breakfast is really poor and quality is not the best as well. Internet service free and is available all across the hotel but speed varies. 1 & 2 floor is not bad but 3 & 4 floors is mostly slow or not available at all.
  I would not lived there if not the company decision. I will not choose it as my holiday hotel.
