Went to Skarpos Tours to book a trip to the Acheron River. The lady we saw said yes we have a trip for 20 euros, after consulting with someone else we were told that they would not know if there were enough people to run the trip until the next day. We left our mobile number with her. We received a call the next day telling us the trip was on & would see us later, & could we call into the office & pay for the trip. After walking into town from our apartments the other side of town, only to be told the trip was off. I was very disappointed that Skarpos Travel could not be bothered to give us a call on my mobile. Very poor customer service & a lot of dithering.
