The hotel is very clean and is very rich and chic looking.
There are 3 conveniently placed bars and have the same menu.
The exit to the beach is way better than the hotel next door. On the beach you get a loungers and umbrellas for 2 people.
The 3 course buffet has great variety of hot food, soups, salads and desserts.
Entertainment staff are very welcoming but the actual activities can lack engagement from the crowd.
The hotel is mainly filled with Russians and the menu is adapted to them which is a matter of your preference.
Rooms are pretty spacious and the balconies are separated with no see through glass. You get slippers and bathrobe. The service is as you would expect in a 4 star hotel.
There is an in house small shop with beach bathroom and other needs items. It also has a good selection of souvenirs.
This review is made in June, which is barely start to the season, your experience may slightly vary from that.response / report this review -

Be Aware!!! I am totally speechless!!! There are so many things wrong that it's impossible to describe Frogs in both swimming pools (YES, Big Ugly FROGS, where my kids were swimming earlier), sunbeds on beach broken (and please don't try to tell me that they are very well maintained as you did in some previous postings from other customers, because I am still here at your resort and I can take pictures if needed), ants in my room (I was explained that it's illegal to spray in room so it's okay to have some), Ultra All Inclusive BUT NOT (after 11PM you need to pay for your drinks), no bottles of water only plastic cups and you need to walk back and forth from the beach to the bar to pour some water, paid for Sea View but I was explained that the hotel is fully booked and they have no room for me available (maybe later, they'll let me know, like I came on vacation to move my personal belongings around for my wife, two kids and me), Beach Towels SORRY WE ARE OUT OF IT (two many guests at the same time, you don't have to be genius to buy more if you need more), a lot of sharp stones the first several feet when getting into to the sea (people are doing break dance every time in and out), homeless cat in the restaurant area begging for food, at the swimming pool bar the same disc is playing since we arrived here (cover music only, you can imagine how cover song of Beyonce sounds 10 times a day for more than a week), the only free whiskey you can drink is Ballantine (everything else will cost you extra money on your "Ultra All Inclusive" vacation), mosquitos are bigger than American Eagle and the resort is not doing anything about it to get rid of them Very disappointed and strongly not recommending it!!! Too bad Facebook doesn't allow me leave you zero stars. Admin please respond back to my comments and ask as many questions as you need, willing to meet in person to discuss problems and video record all of it so your feature guests be aware of it (as I told you the first day I am editor for Chicago Tribune).

Clean and tidy, nice staff, good food (for this price category). Great sandy beach. Cons: noisy; water sports options are expensive (external service)

Amazing hotel.. Brilliant beach, sand and entrance in the sea (for kids), Very delicious food, huge selection of foreign drinks (all inclusive), good animation for children. All recommendation to visit this hotel if you want just to relax 10 days.
