What you pay is what you get. If you want somewhere to sleep in Corfu and spend your time outside of the hotel, I recommend this place. But if you want to spend your time in and around the hotel, you might get bored.
just had a 7 day stay here and here are my impressions
+ nice views from the rooms
+ good location as it has the beach really close and also shops and supermarkets
+ cheesy yet decent entertainment each night of our stay here
- rooms are a bit dated
- breakfast is subpar
hotel is a little old, what you can see on the interior and furniture, but location is great and staff is really friendly.
nice place, bice food, clean rooms
Friendly with the wide option for breakfast. The beach is soooo close!
Fridge not working properly, shower not getting cold. Holes in the bedsheets. Nice service and ppl though, nice activities in the evening. Bar is also nice.
Always everything was clean. The staff is very kind. We also liked our clean and nice room, so thank you for everything! :)
Really great hotel!
Beautiful view if you choose the balcony (seaside) rooms, professional service, rooms are well maintained in a way, buffet is ok and not so pricey, nice location (in a small town with plenty of local restaurants and shops). kinda far from the main town of Corfu (old town). A bus is available daily to/from Corfu town and to other locations.
Nice simple and clean Greek hotel
WORST HOTEL EVER!
The location is in a good town - which has good access to public transport. That is the best and only thing I can say on this "hotel".
The beds were squeaky and not so comfortable, but that OK, at least they were clean.
The shower flooded the bathroom every time, when I asked the receptionist for a mop - she replied "No!, we cannot give every room a mop! and returned to here business,
The WIFI, when it did work, was a flash to the year 2000! when you had to wait for 5 minutes for a single photo to download/upload, let alone no option for a VOIP call. Forget about planning the next day's trip with the help of the net, or sharing anything with your loved ones at home.
The breakfast is the worst I have ever seen, vegetables cut the day before, half cooked sunny side up eggs and toast, I did not dare to try the dinner, it smelled awful.
The hotel's travel agent, that supposedly managed to get 15% off for hotel guests was actually trying to rip us off. When inquiring at any travel agency outside the hotel, we got much cheaper offers without any bargaining (>20% cheaper).
And to top this all up, the reception team was the worst. Every time we tried to ask a question we got a sigh to indicate we are bothering them and the usual "I understand but I cannot help you".
If you don't expect too much from a hotel and went just to travel over the island and swim in the sea then its OK.
A room has 2 beds, shower, refrigerator, TVset and not working conditioner.
Breakfast is below average. Variety of the dishes is low. Yes, I can eat this, but Better not to take a trip with a breakfast and dinner, and just eat in a nearby cafe or restaurant. Its about 5-10 euros per person.
Hotel located near the main road, so it could be a problem for a rooms faced to the seaside. If you love quite places, you should consider different place to stay.
Beach is small but clean. Has a bar with a beach waiter. Water is very solt, warm and clean. Many bars, restaurant and shops located nearby. If you want to find a good place to eat, don't choose seaside cafes, but walk a bit up by the road to mountain and you'll find very nice family cafes and restaurants in the authentic greek village few hundred meters away from the main coast road.
