Hotel, room and lobby are beautifull. Hotel is generally ok. But everything is too far, like in Turkey 5* hotels. You have to walk to the beach by stairs and go up which os very frustraiting during hot summer days. There is amazing sound fountain but get bored after two two days. Racio price-quality is 3.5-4*

Possibly one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. The staff are friendly and the hotel has a huge pool. They have a private beach and live performances.

My friends had their wedding over there and the location is amazing for a wedding, nice place for an entrance drink, beautiful serre/terrace for dinner with a splendid view over the sea and sunset and an amazing club with a beautiful lighted floor for the party afterwards. Location couldn't be any better!!!

However, I've to make some serious remarks as well, because the management lacked big time. As being the master of ceremonies I know the couple had big discussions upfront about the seatings for during the dinner, these were cheap foldable uncomfortable chairs, a 5-star wellness hotel shouldn't have such chairs at all. Second during the wedding a fire broke out 20 metres of the dinner location and there was a lot of smoke coming into the dinner location. The management of the hotel didn't evacuate the dinner location though some people had irritated eyes and lungs because of the plastic smoke and most people left the dinner location by themselves, but some stayed seated and were not taken out by the hotel personnel. The managers even told me they were in control and we shouldn't worry and enjoy the dinner. After a while the smoke cleared up a bit and we decided to bring the guests back to the table. However after a while the fire/smoke started again and we had to evacuate by ourselves again, the management said they were still in control and that we shouldn't worry. They didn't look at personal health and peoples safety and this is unacceptable for a 5 star spa wellness hotel. After the party the hotel couldn't arrange taxis for the guests, for a 5 star hotel there is no excuse for this!!!

Luckily no personal accidents happened and we were a great crowd, so for the couple the wedding was still a big success. However, with such a management it could have ended much worse.
