We cannot thank the Plaza Resort Hotel enough for the amazing conference we just held there this November. Catering to 400 delegates from all over the globe, the service and amenities are exceptional for both business and leisure stays. We had a number of families attending and they were able to enjoy relaxing by the pool,playing on the private beach and beautifully prepared and served food daily. The conference management was superb! Catering to our every wish and need 24/7. Fro the reception staff to the catering - the comfort of the rooms and stunning views, It was truly a blissful experience had by all. I've attended many retreats of this nature and as an event coordinator, I can say the Plaza is a very friendly, attentive, highly professional and perfect place to stay for business or leisure. Rooms include breakfast and the price is very reasonable for the luxury offered. Lovely area to walk to local shops and tavernas making this a relaxing, accessible stay for one and all - Thank you Thank you Plaza Resort for making this one of the most successful Retreat our global community has ever experienced. We Will Be Back!

Positives
Lovely entrance and outdoors area. The reception staff are super friendly and could not be more helpful. Nice pool area connected to the beach.

Negatives
Rooms need modernising, carpets are stained and dirty, TV so poor they may as well remove it.

This is not a 5 start hotel nor is its crevice!! Beautiful beach front and pool but poor poor service!! The rooms are outdated
Breakfast is very poor, they don't even serve coffee, you have to make it on your own by a machine.

They were extremely rude to my guests!!

Plaza Resort Hotel, is well situated on the beautiful beach of Anavyssos. The hotel is clean, with luxurious amenities such as its beautiful groomed grounds, swimming pool, beach and beach bar. You may sit anytime at the coffee bar inside or outside for a drink or a light snack. You may also dine for lunch or dinner in the beautiful outdoor restaurant on the beach in the summer. Highly recommend for its civilised atmosphere..

A nice resort hotel, modern and clean with a very nice pool and private beach and plenty of space to relax. Some renovation (curtains and floors) would be needed.
Restaurant is of ok quality, although you will have better value elsewhere - the issue is, there is not much around.
No bottled water in the room. Pity.
Ideal for business meetings (was the purpose of my stay), I however would not go there for my holidays.
No real atmosphere to be expected (feels cold despite the heat outside)
Very friendly and helpful staff.

My Greek friends, please include a complimentary bottle of water or two with each room. Isn't it a 5 star hotel?? It is the most valuable necessity to a traveller as you must know. (Loose the mindset to charge 2 euro from the mini bar.) I arrived late night due to a cancelled flight and just needed the necessities at my fingertips. To "nickel and dime" your guest is a one star mentality.

Nice resort but not to cheap for what it has to offer.
* Location: The beach is the attraction of the place. The beach is clean, quiet and sandy, though small. It is very shallow, clean but not very large. Next to beach you will find a pool with a bar.
* Cleanse: The carpet on the floor looks awfully, being full of stains and spots. The same applies for the room that has an awful smell.
* Service: not the best I have met especially considering that it is a 5star hotel.
* Price: Expect to pay 200 - 300 per night. Compared to similar hotels it is a bit expensive considering what it offers.

My experience in this resort was great all around. Great facilities with many options for watersports. The staff was polite and friendly on top of the good food and rich breakfast. One think that bothered me a bit was that was really windy, but maybe i was unlucky with the dates.

The location is amazing, right on the beach with beautiful sunsets every day. Super close to the Athens airport. But the hotel is not a real 5 stars, a renovation would be welcome
