Very nice hotel comfortable and clean and ideally located. Polite and friendly staff. Only one down side I would say was the lack of choice at dinner for English although the breakfast choice was good. I will visit in the future but perhaps do bed & breakfast next time as there's plenty to eat and choice elsewhere.

The room is spacious, clean and cosy. It has a kitchen and a bathroom with fresh and hot water. There you can find a good hairdryer. In the family bedroom there are a small bed for children. Tv is very old, it don't have a HDMI port, but on it you can watch some channels that broadcasts live English Premier League matches. The service is good and helpful. The guests that stay at this hotel eat at the Hotel Olive Garden, where you can find a very good Greek cuisine food. There we ate absolutely everything from Greek cuisine, except the fish and seafood, but at this price you can't expect to eat expensive things.
Negatives:
Old TV
Bad Wi-Fi connection (sometimes no connection at all, especially at night, but this maybe it's a plus)
Sometime the room wasn't clean

Great little hotel. Exceptionally clean. All staff very friendly and can't do enough for you. Lovely pool area and the hotel bar which is called Sambuca bar is fantastic. Great lads who work there. Hotel is centrally located and I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be booking the plaza pallas next time we come to Zante.

Awsome is the word. Very nice and cozy hotel. The rooms are big and have a balcony. The staff is really friendly. I'll give only 4 stars because the pillows are awful; hard as rock.

Camere spaziose e ambiente curato. Il personale disponibile e cordiale. Buona la pulizia. La cucina offre piatti con prodotti del territorio, gustosi e non sofisticati

Place was great. Spent 7 nights there for a family members wedding. The hotel even put on a buffet for the members of the wedding. I would go back again.
