  Μετά από μια ανεπιτυχή προσπάθεια στο διαγνωστικό του χαλάτση διότι είμαι υπέρβαρη κατάφερα σήμερα να την ολοκληρώσω με επιτυχία. Η κοπέλα που μου την έκανε ευγενέστατη. Μου έκανε τις απαραίτητες ερωτήσεις και ξεκινήσαμε. Στην αρχή λίγο δυσκολεύτηκε διότι δεν έκλεινε καλά το πηνίο αλλά στο τέλος τα κατάφερε μια χαρά. Μεγάλη υπόθεση να ξέρει κάποιος να κάνει καλά τη δουλειά του και προπάντων να προσπαθεί να φέρει εις πέρας αυτό που του έχουν αναθέσει. Πολλά μπράβο σε όλο το προσωπικό!!! Συνεχίστε την καλή δουλειά σας.

  Πραγματικα δεν υπαρχει λογος να κλεινεις ραντεβου αν ειναι να περιμενεις μια ώρα μετά..
  Οργανωθείτε λίγο γιατί υπάρχουν και αλλού πορτοκαλιές..

  Μεγάλη αναμονή πάνω από μια ώρα , θέλεις να πας για πλάκα θώρακος και αιματολογικές και έχουν ξεχωριστεί υποδοχή και αφού παρεις νούμερο και περιμένεις μια ώρα για την θώρακος θα πρέπει να πάρεις άλλο νούμερο στο διπλανό κτήριο και να περιμένεις άλλη μια ώρα για τις αιματολογικές . Εαν είσαι τυχερός και δεν χαλάσουν τα pc θα φύγεις στην μια ώρα αλλιώς φέξε μου και γλίστρισε !!! Για να μην έχουν ουρές σε διώχνουν άρον άρον χωρίς να πληρώσεις και χωρίς μα σε ενημερώσουν ότι εφόσον δεν πλήρωσες θα έρθουν κλειδωμένες οι εξετάσεις στο mail ! Και αφού τους πάρεις τηλέφωνο και στείλεις άνθρωπο και τις πληρώσεις δεν στις ξεκλειδώνουν ποτέ και μετά από 3 ώρες προσπάθειας να συνεννοηθείς μαζί τους ( λέγοντας ότι προσπαθούν να στείλουν τις εξετάσεις χωρίς να είναι κλειδωμένες ) σε ενημερώνουν ότι ο μόνος τρόπος είναι να τις παραλάβεις από το κατάστημα ! Λυπάμαι αλλά δεν θα ξαναέρθω για κανένα λόγο !!!

  Arrived at 8.05 am on the 31st December. Impressed with the building and cleanliness. Easily the best in Piraeus. I felt lucky .
  Waited a few minutes at the reception desk, explained it was my first visit. Was given a number and told to take a seat.
  
  After about 15 mins was called to have x-rays. The woman was polite and professional. She asked me twice if my first name was my surname and my Greek surname was my first name. I have never ever heard of a Greek with my surname as a first name. neither have many others. I was asked only if I was a smoker which I said I wasn't.
  The receptionist again told me to take a seat.
  
  Waited and waited with my adult children then after about 30 minutes I asked again about the blood tests. I was assured she was just about to call me. ??? Not even one word of apology.
  
  Was then told to go to another building for blood tests. Met a stony faced receptionist who asked many questions then called the receptionist for my details. I felt as if I was trying to get something for nothing. I do not mind having to wait but the place was empty and it was such a pity having to waste about 40 mins for nothing.
  I was just about to leave then
  
  Thank goodness for the charming young woman who did the blood tests.
  She obviously loves her job and made me feel like a person not a number.
  
  I left very disappointed with the treatment I was given and decided to cancel the rest of my appointmentsThat makes 5 people in my family who will not return in the future for their check-ups
  The manager Ms Nikoletta called to apologise ( in no way was she to blame ) but it was a little late.

  Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Και οι βασικές εξετάσεις βγαίνουν σε κάτι ώρες.
