We came to this restaurant during late November and went for lunch.
Pros
1. Small family style restaurant. Cosy and casual.
2. Authentic home made style Greek food.
3. They have a fire place which looks nice.
4. Portions size are quite large.
5. They give complimentary dessert. One per table.
Cons
They messed up the order and did not bring my entree for 45 mins only to tell me that they can't make my order.
But overall it was a unique experience and the food is great.response / report this review -

Loved the lamb and the cabbage, never had that anywhere else in the world. This little restaurant although have no view of sunset over the little hilltop town of Arachova, the food is awesome!!

Split level restaurant with friendly staff and great service. We ordered a few plates to share including the local greek salad, stuffed eggplant, spinach and cheese pie, fries and bread. The local greek salad our server told us was different to the normal greek salad because of the local cheese called "Opsimotiri". The local cheese is made from goats yogurt and is a bit like a Labne - absolutely delicious spread on bread or eaten with the tomato in the salad. The fries were hand cut home style thick fries - not a fast food chip in sight. The eggplant was a standout - baked with a herb rich stuffing and sauce and topped with a yogurt dressing. The spinach pie was a bit of a let down - although it was delicious, it was greasy.

Amazingly expensive
Pretentious staff. 'Choking' you with fake politeness. They did not have the decency to ask the reason why my dish remained almost untouched though. Same story with another Spanish couple near us.
Tourist trap 100%.
The hotel guy laughed at us when we mentioned where we had dinner.
You will know the place by the big 5-Star TripAdvisor sign hanging at the entrance..
I've had the pleasure of having gorgeous food all over Greece. I feel violated by this one. What a fool I am.
