Sono stata in questo hotel per alcuni giorni con la mia famiglia e devo dire che ho trovato un ospitabilita da dieci e lode.. Il panorama è mozzafiato..Il personale è sempre molto cortese e con il sorriso.. Il titolare cerca sempre di accontentare al meglio i suoi ospiti.. Le camere vengono pulite tutti i giorni e tutti i servizi sono tra i migliori.. Il cibo è ottimo.. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e appena potrò, tornerò sicuramente in questa struttura!

The room was clean and fine apart from missing a luggage stand. View was very good. Reception staff was kind and helpful.
Food was below standards. The Chef was unwilling to give us french fries when we requested it (and offered to pay for it) for our 18-month old grand-daughter and must be the only 4-star hotel in Greece that can not fulfill such a simple request forr their guests. In the end we had to visit another hotel downtown to get a portion of french fries! During the Easter buffet, most of the waiters were serving a large group of tourists and ignored the rest of the guests. Finally, the restaurant was over-crowded and the space was very small and narrow for the guests to dine in.
The playground was filthy and over-crowded with children.
Finally, the value for money was very poor due to the high price of the room and the poor services they provided us.response / report this review -

Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου ήταν χαμογελαστό και αρκετά εξυπηρετικο.
Παρ' όλα αυτά μείναμε δυσαρεστημένοι καθώς όταν ζητήσαμε μια μερίδα τηγανιτες πατάτες για την δυο ετών κόρη μας μας είπαν πως δεν γίνεται και αναγκαστήκαμε να πάρουμε το αυτοκίνητο και να πάμε σε κεντρικό ξενοδοχειο του Πλαταμώνα όπου όχι μόνο εξυπηρετούσαν τους δικούς τους πελάτες αλλά μας έδωσαν αυτό που θέλαμε πακέτο!Πραγματικά απαράδεκτο για ένα ξενοδοχείο που θέλει να αυτοαποκαλείται τεσσάρων αστέρων. Η όμορφη παιδική χαρά που θα δείτε στις φωτογραφίες περιλαμβάνει χαλασμένο και επικίνδυνο τραμπολινο ,ετοιμόρροπες κούνιες και κοινό χαρακτηριστικό όλων είναι η ανύπαρκτη καθαριότητα τους .Η ποιότητα του φαγητού ήταν κάτω του μετρίου και μας έκανε να μετανιώσουμε που δεν επιλέξαμε να τρώμε εκτός ξενοδοχείου. Το δήθεν γρήγορο internet ήταν στη δική μας περίπτωση αργό στο χώρο του μπάνιου και ανύπαρκτο στο υπόλοιπο δωμάτιο. Επίσης αν εξαιρέσεις μια μικρή ντουλάπα δεν υπάρχει το ανάλογο έπιπλο για να μπορείς να ακουμπήσεις βαλίτσες. Κατά την γνώμη μου το ξενοδοχείο προσφέρει το ένα δέκατο από αυτό που υπόσχεται στην ιστοσελίδα του και σίγουρα μπορείς να βρεις κάτι πολύ καλύτερο με τα ίδια χρήματα.response / report this review -

Schönes Hotel und sehr schöne Anlage. Essen super lecker typische Küche , Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Ein Auto ist von Vorteil , sonst gibt es aber auch den Shuttle Bus der jede Stunde fährt.
Die Straßen Seite ist etwas laut aber hinter dem Haus ist es sehr leise.
Sehr schöne Aussicht , hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen .
