Staff: Bar staff was unfriendly and showed close to 0 motivation. Good service was rare to find.

Rooms: we arrived at 10am but couldn't check in until 2am. After waiting for 4 hours(!) our bathroom was still flooded and the room wasn't really clean.

Beach: the beach is beautiful and has very clean sand and water. Unfortunately half of the parasols got removed on our second day on the beach. "Off Season" seriously?!

Pool: seems not really clean. Stray dogs and cats all over the place and they even drank out of the pool. Pool Bar open for 2 out of 7 days .

Food: term all inclusive was definitely not fullfilled. No snacks, no cocktails, etc.

Overall not a successful vacation!

Beach has small stones with very clean water, Price for drinks (ok) are the same as most other locations around.
When we arrived in the morning on the beach the environment and the sun chairs were dirty and partially damaged. Toilets are dirty as well with no toilet paper. Overall nice water to swim but the beach bar the people who are working there need some education how to maintain the environment. My recommendation is platamonas (chalara Beach bar)

Disappointed! This is NOT 4* hotel.
Only good thing Mount Olympus.
Rooms ok. Not 4 starsbut 2stars.
Food ok. 2-3 stars. Never enough so try to be there first or no cakes for you.
Drinkswell this is 1 star hotel. All inclusive means: cola, Orange, lemonade and beer (local) and ouzo cocktail and brandy cocktail. That's it.
For a good holiday please avoid.

The experience there was very nice. The hotel is located at a lovely place, so from your room you can see either sea or Mount Olympus, or both. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are good, except in ours there was no door between the bedroom part and the shower.

I have spent first week of August in Olympian Bay and can honestly say I am truly dissapointed. The hotel itself looks nice and clean. Rooms are spacious and furniture new. However, the hotel staff is a different story. Customer service's level is very low. Waiting staff unwelcoming, unprofessional and pretensious. You could easily observe change of approach to Greek and other people. They were being served in nice china crockery, everyone else in plastic cups. We paid for all inclusive, unfortunately it did not seem that way. Most of the things around the hotel were not free of charge (including greek evening). Hotel charged its customers extra for almost everything. Problems with air conditioning were never ending. Going to reception area back and forth to hear it will be repaired in the next few hours for over 4 days.

There was barely any entertainment at all. No evening animation. You could not see any hotel staff during the day anywhere. And if you asked for anything, they were very unhelpful and rude. Cleaning ladies did nothing except folding the sheets around the room. The only positive aspect of the stay was the swimming pool (large and spacious) and charming town near by.

Hotel itself is in good location and its service did good job to make us happy. Our room could be in a better condition though.
Food was delicious,exactly what i like, especially sweets. Close to the town where parties and shops are. Greek people welcomed us nicely with a smile on every corner and even gave us water in the full sun ( we didnt asked for it )
Surely it is a nice and friendly place to stay at if u are nearby.
