  I tried to book online when I was at airport (after another car rental let us down) but it said I needed to print voucher. So we decided to go over and ask if that was necessary. Huge queues at booth moving very slowly. Very hot. I managed to grab the manager and he said, don’t book online he’d sort us something. So we waited and queued and waited. Eventually it became obvious hardly anyone was departing in cars. I asked a boy who’d been well ahead of us why he hadn’t left. He said that when he declined the full insurance as opposed to the basic they said his credit card had been declined. He’d eventually got through to his bank who said there was no problem with it. Now he didn’t know what to do - he’d paid a lot for the car and couldn’t get it presumably till he paid for full insurance. Now it was our turn. Not only did he want more money than we’d been offered online - but he also wouldn’t sell it without the full insurance. He said it was for peace of mind. We had our own excess insurance. We gave up and got a taxi to the hotel and have easily booked a car there. More money sure but no pressure.

  The branch was fairly difficult to find. Even though I booked a car with full-full fuel policy, the employee just crossed it out a changed to same-same. On top of that the fuel tank was empty (26 km remaining). One of the previous drivers obviously spilled something sticky and it wasn't properly cleaned. On top of that the car's breaks made noise when driving, 99% it was because the brake pads were completely worn out. The rental was cheap and the car did the job in the end, but it wasn't that cheap to forgive the problems listed above

  The worst car rental company I have ever used! They have hidden charges which they reveal to you upon car receipt. Also, they said I would get a "fully tanked" car and would have to return it full. However, the tank was only 3/4 full! Unfortunately for me, I did not take a picture to prove it, so I had to tank extra, for km. I never drove! I never received the 37-page contract, and was trying for 4 days to find them and ask for it, but there is NO NUMBER where you can talk to a rep. They only have an automated machine, which only provides recorded information. I have used many rental car companies, and this one is the WORST EVER. Avoid it at ALL COSTS!!!

  Rented a car for one week in October of 2022.
  
  The deals that one gets through Booking or other platforms are not respected at the dealer, especially the insurance that you might have booked online beforehand. You are pressured to get an insurance from the dealer when you are there because they say that, otherwise, the police won't help you.
  
  They only take certain credit cards and when driver name and name on the credit card do not match, they charge you additionally for a "second driver".
  
  All in all, okmobility tries to overcharge you as much as possible when you are at the station.

  It took more than 30 minutes for the car delivery when it was my turn. Additional to the waiting-time before. The guy at the counter couldn't handle the computer-program. This must be quicker.
  The car was dirty, inside and outside. The tank was completely empty although the contract stated it would be full.
  The car's left front-light wasn't working so one of the employees just "hit" it to make it work. The overall state of the car was bad: brakes, clutch, shock absorbers were very bad, there was rust on the window wipers.
  The car was an old Nissan Micra and already ran almost 60.000 km, the contract stated 26.000.
  
  Also the station at the Heraklion airport is not existing: it is done by "Monza", and the only sign is a tiny little sticker.
  
  I booked OK Mobility a few times in Spain and was happy every time - but this Heraklion-Branch is a total let-down and casts a very shady light on an otherwise fine car-rental company.
