Everything about how to treat in a bad way customers. First bad experience in greece. He did not want to accept credit card and wanted to make us withdraw money for an atm. Moreover after that he accepted finally the credit card he threatened us not to make a review. If possible avoid buying here, try in other places with more kind people.

Sakis was extremely helpful kind and fun! Who knew a trip to the travel agents could be so entertaining!! He helped us to check in for our ferry and print tickets as we had trouble trying to do it online. He was also able to inform us that the ferry was delayed and he kept our bags so we could wander around easily knowing our things were safe. For sure the best place for tips and help in Naxos!

Had the pleasure to meet Sakis, who kindly helped finding a ways of transportation from Chora to the villages, in the absence of running buses that day.

Thay wanted to make me withdraw from their ATM even if they had a machine to pay with the card. The options were: either you withdraw from our ATM (paying the corresponding fee), or you pay us with the card and we charge you a fee (not written anywhere that they are authorized to charge a fee for paying with the card, probably not even legal).
