The rooms are clean and nice. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Food was reasonable but could be improved, there was good variety at lunch and dinner but breakfast needs some more variation. Overall very enjoyable stay. The village was beautiful. Amazing beaches. Easy to travel to other places in corfu for excursions

The Memento Hotel is undemanding, so it is not a recommended place to stay on a holiday. We paid 1750 euros for five people for 5 days, so the price was high enough to expect something better.
The rooms were acceptable for a 4 star Greek hotel, they were cozy and spacious. You had enough space for your clothes, and every room had a big terrace. The toilet was a little bit to small, the shower curtain was unpleasant. The rooms were clear, but the cleaning staff didn't change our towels the penultimate day, maybe for minimising the costs, because they did so in every room.
The food was really bad. The eating place was the same for the 3 dishes and the best word to describe it is undemanding. The waiters dresses were dirty, the tables weren't clean and sometimes there was a disgusting smell inside. On the other side you could find every time something to eat, but not more than 2 or 3 things. The french fries from the dinner were served in the morning for the breakfast, which was a little bit nasty.
The all inclusive bar is what you can expect from a 4 star hotel in Greece. There were only traditional drinks and not the best ones, at least to say.
The best aspect of the hotel was the beach. You had some of them near the hotel, approximately 5 minutes on foot, but there were two superb ones, where you could went by bus, which was free. Kalamaki was one of them, it was 5 km away from the hotel, it's slowly deepening and it's beautiful. When we were there, it was calm, the water was clear, and there weren't more than 25 people. For me it was the best beach i have ever been on. The second beach is Avlaki, which was 2 km away from the hotel, and the bus was also for free. It was a nice and calm one, too, but it was with small rocks.
There was a supermarket inside the resort, which was very helpful and the pools were nice.
There were some irritating aspects. We were a group with 6 rooms, and two of them on the first night were horrible, with broken chairs, nasty beds, without hairdryer, they were like a 2 star hotel. The next day, they changed those rooms, because they knew what they gave us, with the explanation that there was some problem with the electricity, which caused the problem.
The 50% of the guests were from Romania, and they can be very impolite sometimes, which was a little bit annoying. Also the majority of the staff is from the same country, but they were polite and nice.
In conclusion: nice rooms, good staff, nasty kitchen, beautiful beaches, poor management.

Pierwsze wrażenie niespecjalne. Kilkanaście mniejszych i większych domków tworzy ten resort. Na początku sprawiało to wrażenie chaosu z każdą chwilą jednak coraz lepiej można się w tym odnaleźć. Kompleks wyposażony w rozmaitej wielkości pokoje,wszystkie klimatyzowane co bardzo ważne przy tych temperaturach:). Lodówka,łazienka,tv taki standard. Ponadto 5 różnych basenów i trzy bary all in. Wifi tylko w recepcji hotelowej. Obsługa miła,sprawnie działająca praktycznie nie rzucając się w oczy. Wyżywienie ok. Szwedzki stół,dla każdego coś miłego. Co ważne animacje dla dzieci są codziennie. Minus taki że niestety nie w języku polskim o których to zapewniało nas biuro podróży. Dwie plaże jedna 2km druga 5km oddalone od ośrodka. Kursuje na obie w dwie strony bezpłatny autobus hotelowy. Memento Resort polecam szczególnie na urlop z dziećmi.

W ofercie plaża piaszczysto zwirkowa 300m do najbliższej ładnej plazy jest 2km lub 5km - jeżdżą darmowe busy; all inclusive - najgorsze na jakim byłam snack bar w przerwie między posiłkami - bagietki z serkiem i ciasto - ciagle takie same. Na śniadania obiady i kolacje ciagle to samo raz w tygodniu tylko ryba owoców morza w ogóle. Jeśli lubisz dobrze zjeść w hotelu to odradzam.
Animacje- trzy razy w tygodniu śpiewa Grek i gra na gitarze

Situato in un luogo isolato lontano dal centro urbano raggiungibile attraverso una strada statale e lontano dal mare raggiungibile con una navetta a disposizione dei clienti solo in orari sporadici. Ristorante pieno di mosche con pasti da mensa aziendale. Frequentato da turisti dell'est Europa.

The room was not ready by checkin time. In addition we arrived with a group of 7. The hotel did not consider that we are in group, they provided different rooms on the far ends of the resort. Wifi is not available practically. Only at the reception, that is useless in such a resort.

Nie polecam!!!.Hotel bardzo średni.obsługa jeszcze gorsza.gdyby nie barman Brad to strach podchodzic do baru.do toalet wspólnych lepiej nie wchodzic.na objekcie kolo basenow walaly sie kubki i popielniczki po 2 dni!naprawde nie należę do marud ale to była wielka beznadzieja.miedzy posilkami nie było co jeść a podobno all inclusive.hotel powinien mieć max 3*.szkoda pieniędzy na ten hotel.pozdrawiam i zniechęcam:(

Pobyt dwa tygodnie bardzo udany. Pokoje super, my mieliśmy 40m2 (dwie sypialnie, salon, łazienka) codziennie sprzątane i wymieniane ręczniki, niektórzy mieli gorsze żeby nie powiedzieć kiepskie pokoje więc zależy kto na co trafi lub ile zapłaci;-) jedzenie bardzo dobre, oczywiście trzeba jeść z umiarem a nie wszystko na raz żeby w tydzień się nie znudziło ale to kwestia podejścia, owoce przy każdym posiłku, barman Brad super koleś robił najlepsze i mocne drinki, cały resort w spokojnej okolicy, nie daleko urokliwy port, na plażę dowozi bus hotelowy, plaże kamieniste oraz jedna piaszczysta, animacje dla dzieci rewelka, Asia robi różnicę, super podejście do dzieci. powiem szczerze że jestem maruda jednak nie mam się do czego przyczepić, poznaliśmy świetnych ludzi (pozdrawiamy), zwiedziliśmy samochodem wyspę -piękna. Drugi raz Grecja i nie ostatni. Wczasy z żoną i dwójka dzieci

Hotel kontrowersji. Niektóre pokoje położone przepięknie, inne tragicznie - przy toaletach, pod kortem tenisowym. Jedzenie dobre. Obsługa przy barze wieczorem tragiczna. Jeden barman który ma zawsze czas. Czysto schludnie. Internet działa tylko w recepcji i przy barze płatnym na wprost recepcji.

Skvěle vybavený pokoj(TV, Balkón, Koupelna, Fén, Klimatizace). Vyborná strava, až moc ;-) . Mnoho aktivit pro děti(i s animátory) a i pro dospělé řecký večer, živá hudba 4 bazeny a autobus zdarma na 2 pláže. Krásne prostředí jak vesnice plná zeleně, ani přes den nevím kam se všichni lidé stratili.
