When I went there to get braces for my back problem (a broken vertebra) ,the man in charge was very helpful but when it came to paying , the woman at the cashier's desk was very abrupt about my card not beig accepted .It was then my husband and I realised that her machine was broken and she insisted on cash only !

I bought flip flops for 27.00€ They fell apart after one month. When I returned them I was told I could have new ones, not ideal but OK. When I explained that I would be leaving the country, before the new shoes could be made available I was refused a refund . I was asked to return to the shop the next day the new shoes would be there, they weren't, I have had to ask a friend to pick them up for me and post them on.
No apologies for the sub-stanard shoes no apology for my wasted trips to the shop, or cost of postage rudest people I have ever dealt with . I have asked what will happen if the same thing happens the woman in the shop says it won't. I expect she would have said the same about the first pair.
