Good standard, good people, good prices, good location, good view from top floor, newly renovated. Fantastic view from breakfast terrass. The breakfast itself was ok but not more.

Wonderful!! Family owned and operated, amazing views, and really cool rooms. A bit of a hike to get to and parking can be tough but it is fully worth it!!

Great experience. Stayed for 2 nights in late April 2017.
Pros:
-Friendly and attentive staff
-Clean and comfortable rooms
-Hot showers with good water pressure
-Great location for going out on the town
-Quality breakfast
-Beer, wine, and soft drinks available for good prices at reception
-Great views from the outdoor reception dining area
-Fast and reliable internet connectivity
Cons:
-Lots of steps! Rooms on the lowest level are ~50-60 steps below the reception/dining area. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone with a mobility impairment that makes stairs difficult or impossible.
-The breakfast buffet quarters are a little tight, so navigating the traffic can be slightly annoying
-Parking is shared with other hotels and a nearby archaeological sight. Upon arrival we initially found all spaces full and had to park at a lot about 1/3 km down a steep hill. However, within an hour a spot opened up so I moved the car up there.response / report this review -

Nice hotel built near the top of a hill. Therefore easily accessible from the top road by car. The rooms have a nice view over Nafplio and within a couple of stairs you are in the touristic city center. The beach is one path down to the other side of the hill.
The rooms are clean and comfortable and the owners are very helpful and friendly.
Just make sure to use the upper road when you go to Marianna by car, the Google Maps navigation points to the lower road which is a small dead-end road with not much space to park a car or turn to get back to the road (been there).response / report this review -
