  Gute Anlage - trotz vieler Zimmer ist die Anlage weitläufig und wirkt nicht überlaufen. Viele Nationalitäten - überwiegend Engländer und Deutscheeigener Zugang zum Meer. Gute Anlage etwas zu gross

  Hotel to avoid !
  I have spent 11 days at the Marbella Hotel, and I am very disappointed.
  Indeed, I do not understand how they got 5*, mostly because of the cleanliness and the service which were very bad.
  The corridors are very dirty and can stay like these several days, you need to make a queue in order to get a table at the restaurants, no pool/beach service: you need to bring your towels, install your beds, and manage your drinks on your own.
  Also, the wifi is working very badly.
  The only positive points are: the food which is not so bad, the room which was nice (but not clean).
  I think It is a hotel that is pushed on a lot of discounted websites, it can worth it only if you half of the normal price.
  We told all of that to the hotel (To Amaryllis ans Atina) which agreed that our expectations are higher than what they can offer (How come? I am paying the price of a 5 stars hotel which is finally not deserving it). They have offered us some few things trying to make our stay better, at the end they have been saying that they are happy we are leaving..! That is surely customer care, and a very good example about how they feel with their clients.
  I will never come back and I would have been very happy to read such a comment before booking it.
