I've come to experience what most of the reviews on "boo king" "trip ad visor" "air B&B" and google say: the place is great, the owners keen to please you, always ready to recommend a good Greek tavern. They also prepare very good traditional pastry, sell good ice-cream, good espresso with a smile from Mrs Loxandra.
I went there with my wife and 11YO daughter, the mattresses are comfortable, pillows to, the AC works just fine, wifi about 6MByte ( not bit!) / sec so it's quite fast, stable too.
The place is very nice considering the price you pay, and it's very clean.
You can always get a good discount by emailing Mr. Makis ( you find the email on their loxandra website, on google) I know I did (:

Чисто, приятно, хорошая дружественная атмосфера. За две недели проживания хозяева стали как родные. Не хотелось уезжать.

Деревушка спокойная,рядом сосновый парк. К морю надо спуститься. Море чистое. В основном пенсионеры и маленькие дети.

Nice, cozy place with great terrace and friendly hosts. Lot of traffic during the day bc it's very close to the sea shore but it also makes it perfectly located. Definitely a recommendation.
