The information office did not bother to give any information. They just want to smoke (inside the office) and they don't want to be disturbed. Thy give you the departure time but not the arrival time. The same ride can be 1 hour or 2 hours, so information would make a difference. They just don't care. They don't have anything printed: they will write on a piece of paper just the departure time of the next ride. Oh, don't try to call them: they will not pick up the phone.

Has everything you need, there is a cafe with toilets and a ticket office where the guys speak English and can help with timetable questions (cos the timetables aren't online!)

5 people waiting in Aghios Nikolaos for the bus up to villages Platsa, Nomitsi, Laggada etc. The driver decided not to enter the village so we were left to find our own transport. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! The drivers need to keep to the timetable and itinerary. It is supposed to be a service to the public NOT the drivers' whim.

The worst staff ever. They never pick up the phone and they are super rude in person. Hopefully it comes in the attention of the government!
