It is not displayed correctly on the map but it as central as it can get in Avlemonas. Walk 50 metres and you jump into the water. We have been going there for 2 years. The studios are designed in traditional Aegean architecture, creating back yards. A family-run business, we felt at home the moment we stepped foot. Uberclean, and probably the best wi-fi on the whole island of Kithira. You hear the birds at night from the balcony, with the stars above you. It is just amazing.
