We stayed for 3 nights in a room located on -1 floor level. There was an awful smell of pipes, especially in the bathroom. No wi-fi, nor mobile reception in the room. The worst of all was the cockroaches we found on the floor in the room and in the bathroom tube. It wasn't a single case - it happened every morning. They asked us if we want them to clean the room, but unfortunately afterwards there was still no toilet paper and the towels still weren't changed.
On the other hand, the service and the stuff were excellent - on the reception, on the pool, in the restaurant. Everybody were polite and nice. The food in the restaurant was nice, expecially the breakfast - wide choice of tasty meals.
It can be a really nice place to stay if someone pays a little more attention on the cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities in all of them.response / report this review -

The 4 starts they pretend to have are way exaggerated. The whole basement floor had constant terrible sewage smelling. Same applies for our bathroom. Obviously the staff knows about this issue however they said/did nothing after our complaint.
Most strikingly - we found several cockroaches in our room!
On the most of the locations around the hotel there is literally no wi fi connection. The mobile operators' network coverage is also not reliable.
For a three day stay they never cleaned our room and did not exchange the towels.
However there are also some positives - the staff was quite nice and friendly. Food quality and quantity is also very good. You get free meze when you order alcoholic drinks. The pool was very clean.
There is a stony beach nearby full with sea urchins.

The place is great.The food is good.The rooms are great ( especially the bungalows). The beach is close to the hotel.Nothing around if you want to go out for a walk.The nearest big town is 40 min. away.There is a parking.Cristal water.The beach is sand with a lot of small stones.Perfect place for kids.

Camerele sunt Ok ,însă serviciile,mâncarea si locațianightmere!!
Apa de la piscină arata ca un bors,din pulpe de pui si paste nu vă scoate,micul dejun cel mai jalnic posibil.Atenție este hotel bulgăresc!response / report this review -
