I have taken a Macbook and iPad to iRepair for various problems and repairs. They have always been carried out promptly and efficiently. The staff are very helpful and explain things in a way understand.Nondas speaks excellent English. I thing the shop and staff are a brilliant and an asset to Chania. No travelling off the island to an Apple store! 😊

Terrible repair store. Unprofessional, lacking in common courtesy and common sense. I unfortunately dropped my iphone + landed on its back where the light slowly faded away, the screen was fine. Happened to me once before years ago. The LCD light was busted. When I went in they said "it's probably the screen which will be €240." I said, I don't think the screen is messed up, but okay. He said regardless, give us 40 minutes and we'll call you and tell you if it's worth fixing here, or if we have to send it to Athens for fixing. I said there's no way it can be sent to Athens since my GF and I were leaving that evening at 8 PM.

Almost an hour and 45 minutes went by and they never called. I called them and asked what was going on: "uh yeah, we can't fix it" - I said "okay, I will come shortly, after lunch, to pick it up" - they never told me that they were closing about an hour after that phone call (it was close to 14:00 and they close at 15:00 on Saturdays). I was on vacation and flying out of there that night, and I TOLD them. They're also closed on Sundays so I had no way of getting it the next day.

We finished lunch, found out they were already closed, I sent them an email, twice, and they never responded. Fortunately, I had my buddy fly in to Crete the next day and he picked it up today, Tuesday. They still haven't responded to the 2 emails I sent them. They're terrible. Go somewhere else.
