I've sailed with Argyroula, Oceanis 41.1, for two weeks in September 2020.
The service of Ionian Sails was excellent. After the first week I had a problem with the batteries, which was solved by Christos in a timely and splendid way. Many thanks !
At the end we had medicane Ianos. Also in this situation Ionian Sails was there to help and advise. Gabriel told me in not to be misunderstood words to stay, as skipper, on board till the end.
Very friendly people!
I forgot to mention the handover of the yacht with the minimum of paperwork.
I will highly recommend this charter company.
We had a great sailing holiday!

For two weeks in the summer of 2020 we rented a brand new Beneteau Oceanis 41.1 at IonionSails. In the week before we arrived all information we needed to get fully prepared for our holiday was sent to us. Any questions we had were answered promptly. The echeck-in functionality at the website of IonionSails allowed us to get to know the boat in detail beforehand by a series of short videos.

Since the boat we rented was ready early we received a call at the airport that we could go directly to the boat to drop off our luggage and to go through the check-in process. Also the paperwork was taken care off smoothly.

During the checkout of the boat at the end of our trip we found that boat had some small damages. But also this issue was solved quickly by the team in a very customer friendly way.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, fully focused on making sure we would have a great sailing trip!

Nice people, very friendly. Even that the boat had some minor technical issues, the way they treat you, the way they solve the problems, very fast, I mean, and the whole renting package is very good! Keep up the good work, Ionion Sails!!! Hope to see you soon again!

Finally, our first trip after the quarantine! A great experience made possible by a great team! Gavril & Christos, thank you for your hospitality, great service & professionalism. Impeccable sailing and beautiful weather despite a few patches of clouds. I would totally recommend this sailing experience with none other than IonionSails!
