Far from our expectations. Any service was available at the hotel and the room was dirty Even when we asked for clean towels they couldn't provide us.
I don't recommend to anyone this location.

Terrible Spa service
Inexperienced unsupervised staff that couldn't even offer a simple manicure and pedicure well. Wasted time in one of the only listed Spas in Lefkada. Anything but 5 stars

Beautiful position offering amazing views from all rooms i think. However, hotel seems to be showing its age. Also, there was a wedding reception on the Saturday night with a live band. We were not able to sleep as the band was playing until 4 in the morning. A staff nember told me that this usually happens every weekend.

Rediculously niceview, especially from the infinity pool or the platform at sea. Great Spa and very nice terrace under the trees.

Stay far away from this place. No customer service , they make you book half board and the food in the main restaurant is absolutely ridiculous. The manager is the most irresponsible. How many ever times you ask for the manager , you never get to communicate with the manager. He just avoids all the complaints and feedback. Can't believe this is rated as a 5 star. The rooms and the facilities are great. It's sad it's so poorly managed. They can't even get wifi into the rooms and the complaints go to deaf ears. There is no space to park cars. You have to leave the cars on the roadside ! 5 star resort ? Don't think so.

Just to start, this is not a 5 star resort.
When checking in, we were expected to bring all our luggage to our rooms, as there was no one there to help.
Looking past that minor detail, we entered our room, to find an ant trail, dust and hair all over the corners of the floor, a mouldy shower and a tap that didnt have a water flow for cold water.
(That's just to name a few)

The thing that really got under our skin, was Our sheets. They had numerous yellow stains on them, and when we asked if they could please be changed, they assured us they would be changed by the time we got back from dinner. well they weren't.

After going to reception at midnight. We were told that the laundry service was out of action, and we're handed a set of sheets for us to change ourselves..

All in all, I can safely say I'll never be returning to the Ionian Blue resort. Our experience here was shocking to say at the least.

It was fourth time in Lefkada and this time we stayed at Ionian Blue. Very polite and helpful staff, this was the first presentation with the hotel since we had to change our room and the staff did maximum helping us. Wonderful location and view from room and restaurant terrace. The food was ok, wifi did not work in all areas of the hotel, too many stairs but this was very good because it helps you to stay fit. In general it is a good hotel but with some reconstructions in the future it will be again in top as I believe it has been. I recommend this hotel.

It's a nice hotel, but they charged for everything extra. We booked half board amd they don't even serve water free of charge during included meals.

This hotel is very dated. The reception staff are not all on the same page. We walked into our room it was dirty cigarettes everywhere. Mould in the bathroom. No iron so dont expect to have your clothes looking good. The restaurant was disappointing we had the leftovers of desert. They have one waiter in the restaurant so hes running like a chicken. This hotel is not worth the money. I say maximum 60Euro a night at the very most.
