Facilities are just adequate at best. Staff are rude and unhelpful.

Unfriendly and customs workers Greek personal. Very strange for friendly Greek people. Is it difficult to make info about departure? Really PRINT paper for tourists , scheme of the sea terminal (port) ? Administration of the port, please change situation. Thank you from Russian tourists to Ours friends from Greece.

Richiesta ingiustificata di presentarsi all'imbarco 4 ore prima. La nave è partita con due ore di ritardo.. inspiegabile attesa di più di un'ora all'uscita del garage all'arrivo.. bagni a bordo che devono essere puliti più frequentemente e con scarico dietro il copriwater che in questo modo pochi utilizzano..assurdo.

Nice airport-like billing with good facilities and quirky operation when embarking:
As a driver, you are separated from your family who pass an airport-like security check, while you are driving half a mile away to pass a standard type of check. With some luck you then realize where to drive in order to find your family.
Nothing is described or explained. It all is made worse by the maddening amount of trucks and the utter lack of signaling.response / report this review -

Poor service, no information whatsoever about delays and other inconveniences. Shops were all closed. Sketchy area.

Got reservation for ferry get ticket and ferry left just before us.
The worst place i have ever been.
