  Elena Tavern has got a very nice view of the Finikounda bay and its little marina. It holds an amphitheatric shape, the tables are spread in 3-4 levels. We found our food quite good, tasty, in good quantities , at regular prices. The Spaghetti of the fisherman was delicious as well as the tiny fresh fish called “Atherina” . It loses the 5 stars due to disorganization of the waters (3 different ones ask as whether we’ve ordered our food or not).

  The most famous restaurant in the area (for some reason). Nothing more than a usual tavern, the food is good, could be a bit cheaper. Stuff is friendly are service is fast. If you are in the area worth's a visit.

  When you come to Finikounda you have to go to restaurant Elena. At restaurant Elena you can enjoy the lovely view on the bay and the traditional Greek food. I suggest the kalamari, fresh fish from the sea and the lambstew.
  
  We have to give owner Ilias the price of best host we know. We had very animated conversations with the owner, with a glass of wine by the fireplace, but he left room to enjoy our dinner alone. You wont go home hungry, we were surprised with many sweets. We highly recommend to have a dinner here and enjoy the housemade wine and olive oil. You Will be welcomed with a kindness you'll only find in Greece. We have warm memories about our holiday here, with special Thanks to the host!

  Great food with many of the ingredients farmed directly from their own farm. Worth a visit while you're in Foinikounta. The restaurant also offers the best view for the Foinikounta bay.
