Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! This hotel, staff, breakfast, atmosphere, the room, were all amazing. The views from the balcony were spectacular and endless. When we come back to Florina we are staying here again. You don't feel like you're staying in a hotel, you get the feeling of being in an elegant apartment. If this hotel was in the United States where I stay in hotels all over, this hotel would be by far one of the best. Definetely a 5 star hotel! We can't wait to come back and enjoy this hotel! Great Job Phaedon Florina!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ένα αστέρι επειδή : η πισίνα ήταν βρώμικη, οι πετσέτες νωπές, η πόρτα του μπάνιου στο δωμάτιο χαλασμένη, η καμαριέρα μπήκε στο δωμάτιο ενώ ξεκουραζόμουν με τον σύζυγό μου λες κ βρίσκεται στο χωριό της! Ποτέ ξανά σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο.

The air conditioning here can be best described as "a slightly obese man blowing wind from the ceiling" prepare to sweat day and night. Don't think the pool is going to save you either. For €5 euro per person, per swim, you can take a nice ice cold dip in the pool. The food and room was decent, the staff were friendly enough and the breakfast was ok. I wouldn't say it's an enjoyable stay.
