Really nice hotel. Right on the beach. Clean room , nice staff, free wifi and beach bar. Good breakfast.

A place for people with low expectations. The sea is very near, there are two pools. Food is excellent in quality and quantity. The stuff is friendly

The hotel is on the beach. Great location, good food and nice bar. We come back second time and this is a great family spot.

Rachoni Bay Resort is the worst hotel I've ever been in terms of service and the most important disgusting hygiene.
Towels in both rooms were so unpleasant to see, smell, that you feel slightly sick. The color of the towels was grey instead of white and bad sheets were all in yellow spots.
I made a complain to the reception and the receptionist ( i think he was the owner - local Grecian) argument was "you pay 50 euro per a night what do you expect".
This was the roughest answer I have ever heard. He also told me that I won't receive any new towels because they change them every 3 days.
And that was what happen.
We never received clean towels and bed sheets and they only cleaned the room (partly) once in 3 days.
I have pictures of everything mentioned below plus the mold in the bathroom.
There are many other negative things I could tell about this hotel such as not enough food, smell in the main corridor etc.
I'm looking at and will find a way to shut down this hotel as this is what they deserve.response / report this review -

Hotel is very atractive situaded, very near beach. We had view on the sea and the beach. And thats all positive issues. Room was old and had awfull bathroom. Wifi connection was very poor. Besides all service was very rude, except one waiter. Food not bad but monotonous.

Beautiful view, acceptable beach, warm sea
and poor service - bad rooms, poor food, strange "ALL inclusive", broken sunbeds, many mosquitoes and wasps and no protection
I would not recommend this hotel!

Disgusting!!! Service is awful. Servicepeaple are very rude. There is no choice of food and drinks. Rooms are not comfortable. Furniture is broken. Only little piece of soap in the bathroom, no shampoo, no gel. Internet doesn't work or works badly. It would be better if our tour operator proposed another place for our vocation

Rooms has bad smell and are very small.
Service is below zero.
Internet is not working.
Food menu has only few items Almost nothing to choose/eat.
They don't give second key for room.
ALL is awful!!!
