Great welcome, quick and well explained hotel facilities and operations. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Great stay prior to the long haul back to Australia. Thanks for your great service.

The Novotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a great afternoon by the pool looked after by amazing staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate recommending this to anyone traveling to Athens.

The hotel itself is modern, has good facilities and very friendly and helpful staff.
The onsite parking is a godsend if you travelling with a car and the gym and rooftop pool are a great feature that helps you relax at the end of a busy day in the heat of the city.
The neighbourhood has seen better days, but the communal areas are well equipped and the taxis in the city are very cheap to enable you to visit the local landmarks.response / report this review -

A nice stay at Novotel Athens. Staff very much helpful, breakfast was good and rooms are clean and tidy and well equiped. Lobby was so clean and the smell was absolutely refreshing. Pool is also nice with a very good area to have a drink with the view of the Acropolis. I must also say that we were provided a late check out till 14:00 which we really appreciated since we check in late at night. Hotel is in a fairly good location about a 10mins walk to the metro station and a couple of minutes from the city centre.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at Novotel Athens and we had our dinner both nights at the
Roof Top Restaurant which gave us an amazing view of the Acropolis lltted up at
night. Food was great and we especially would like to give high commendation to
the service staff. It was service with a smile which made our 2-nights stay a very pleasant

I stayed for 5 nights. I experienced all that I expected. There is a little shop as well. A little overpriced but convenient. The bar and restaurant with swimming pool on the roof are spectacular with amazing views of Athens. Especially of Acropolis throughout the day and evening. Would come back.

The room was very nice, but we were not comfortable with the glass bathroom door. It didn't give us any real level of privacy as it didn't completely close off the bathroom from the room. Also there was no dresser for our clothes, which was inconvenient.
That said, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast was great, and the Clair de Lune rooftop restaurant was amazing.response / report this review -

As a family of 4 it is always convenient to be able to all stay in one room. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The swimming pool was very welcome and pleasant. The best part was the delicious breakfast with an incredible array of choice.

Recently refurbished hotel with very comfortable and clean rooms. About a 10 minute walk to the Metro station. A little out of the main centre of the city.

Very good beds, fresh and rich breakfast, garage and best ratio quality / price. This time the room was not perfect as usual, we had agreed for a.not.smoking but it was obviously a smoking room, my dresses were stinking of tar at the end of the day. The district is not.the safest in Athens, but overall Novotel is a worth choice

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the place is clean and comfortable. Its very reassuring to see local people visiting the bar and restaurant in the hotel.
