Cleanliness in this hotel is not their moto. They didn't change towels and sheets for about a week. No air-condition is placed in the rest of the property except the rooms that makes the feeling during days with hot weather ferocious. The elevator is pretty small for a hotel. And in all that, add up the price. 100 per night in August. No thanks

WORST HOTEL EVER !!
Do not go to this hotel, never. The reception is at the image of the hotel: a disaster.
When we first arrived, we had the surprised to discover that the room was not cleaned up. We noticed the reception, they said that a group had just been living, so come back later. We came back more than an hour later (it was 3pm), the room was still not cleaned. Answer from the reception: "I have nothing to tell you". They just didn't care!
Back in the room, we had another suprise: the door lock was almost broken, being attached by only one screw (which means that it would have needed no effort to enter in the room). We also noticed a lot of scratches on the door, resulting probably of previous attempts to force the door. We warned the cleaning lady, and she told us to lock the door from the inside to be more secure yeah
Speaking about the cleaning, it's another joke. Do not expect a cleaning on a daily basis, nor expect any cleaning of the floor.
Then, icing on the cake, on our 5th day at the hotel, we arrived at 23:00 and discovered that our door was open, and the lock was broken, laying on the floor. Hopefully nothing had been stolen, but again, we noticed the reception. They insinuated that we were responsible for this, as the cleaning lady did not mention anything (of course, because the cleaning had not been done. It may even be that it's the cleaning lady that has broken the door due to the fragility. Anyway, we had to argue a lot with the receptionist to have another room, because the hotel was full and his answer was "at this hour, where do you want me to find a room for you". Yeah again. He then gave us the key of a customer not already there, and said "I hope that he will not arrived, otherwise there will be a problem".
I do not even mention the price, clearly overrated, nor the so called free parking for customers. Yes, it's free to park, but in the street, and due to the location, good luck to find a place :)
Conclusion is simple: AVOID THIS HOTEL !!!response / report this review -

Our door had a problem, we've said to the cleaning lady and she said us to lock. One day we return and the door was opened (nothing stolen) but the guy in the reception gave us one room hoping that the person who reserved will not come claiming that is midnight and he cannot find us another room in Lefkada. So, we won't have any room. AVOID THIS HOTEL! It was not actually the first problem we had. But it is the most important one. The only good thing is the location. The staff is not even polite, the breakfast is just a joke and when we arrived the room was dirty (claiming that it was a misunderstanding not only for our room but for at least other 4) and instead of checking in at 14:00 we entered in our room at 15:30. Obviously, when we came back at 15:00 it wasn't ready so we had to tell once again and the woman did not even apologise. NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONALS.

It should be closed. Hygien reasons, room cleaning, no real room cleaning. Mold at bathrooms, no vents, dead bird bodies on the backyard. Elevator is old and not propperly working. I would not eat here. If they try harder with room cleaning and maintanance, It would be enough.

We stayed at the hotel from December 30th to January 2nd. There were two groups of tourist at the hotel. For two days we showered with cold water, the dinner and the breakfast were tragic - every day the same food. New Year''s Eve - they organized our "gala dinner" at the next door hotel (Hotel Lefkada) - the dinner was at a buffet with two kinds of salads, pasta and rice. We stayed hungry for New Year's Eve. We had to wait 1 hour to be served alcohol - we have ordered bottle of scotch. The free alcohol was ouzo and red wine. There were no soft drinks. We also didn't like the music - two greek musicians - one with buzuki and the other with piano. As a result we have missed 12 o'clock. In the big room that we had been seated was really cold - everybody was wearing their jackets. We definetelly won't go there again.

Απαράδεκτο Δεν προσφέρει αυτά που δείχνει στην σελίδα του Από καθαριότητα μηδέν και άλλο δωμάτιο δείχνει στη σελίδα και άλλο σου κλείνει.και δεν έχει πάρκινγκ όπως λέει.
