It is not nice to find hair. Corners never been touched. Nothing done after complaint.

Location is strange as the hotel is placed in a semi-industrial area. There are large shopping centers nearby, but the same are not walking distance. The surroundings are not fit for a small walk or sihtseeing. Airport is close but airplanes are not passing above the hotel so it is relatively quiet. The hotel is supposed to be a 5star hotel, but it does not stand the quality. Rooms are comfortable and clean, however bathrooms are a bit weird. Some bathrooms have a large window towards the room with blinds controlled from the outside, so privacy is questionable. The architecture is a bit untraditional, so navigating around the corridors of the place is a bit confusing and you easily get lost.
There was some repair activity ongoing during our stay, so the lobby and the restaurant next to the pool were all covered in dust.
Staff, although friendly is unexperienced and slow or inaccurate when serving you. I had to wait for 1 hour and remind the waiters 3 times to get a double espresso on breakfast. A colleague of mine in her swim suit was refused to be served on the verandah near the pool and was redirectes to the pool bar instead, although there's no clear demarcation between the pool bar and the restaurant pool area.
The pool is great and very pleasant and clean, but you're not allowed for early or late swim, unless a life guard is available.

Nice hotel with great facilities. We had a few problems when checking in - they'd reserved us a twin room instead of a double. After confirming that we'd booked correctly, we were upgraded to a slightly better room with a pool view and a double bed.

Unfortunately the amazing outdoor pool, one of the reasons we booked this hotel, was closed and the staff were fairly unapologetic. We instead used the indoor pool as part of the spa, but they had fairly strict rules and staff kept coming to tell us off about pretty minor things, even though we were the only people there.

Breakfast was amazing, with a huge range of options.

Nice Hotel kind people, remote area but near the airport , a bit strange architecture, try the upper floor rooms they have best views to the pool and the mountains. Price on the expensive side for the area and the hotel itself.

Excellent hotel - the food was tasty and plentiful, it's close to the airport, the pool is fantastic.
It's not in Thessaloniki town so if you want to be within walking distance to the city you are probably better off staying at another place but this is a great retreat for relaxation.
