I had coffee there with a friend. Very quiet and discreetly luxurious, but the prices just hit the roof! We paid 11,40 euros for two cups of filter coffee - which made our visit a VR experience to Vienna, albeit with real money.

reason I gave it three stars is because it is very nice looking and the location is excellent air conditioner didn't work in my room the floor in the bathroom flooded every time you took a shower. The front desk told us are driving would be here at 9 to take us to the airport when I think the driver actually told him 9:30 because they wanted us out of the room earlier

Best location, fantastic service, friendly staff, beautiful Greek buffet breakfastonly thing to pick on is that it's starting to feel a little dated.

Very great location, great breakfast, great beds, nice bathrooms, but a lot of small irritating stuff. Why are there no furniture at the nice balcony ? The tea is horrible, if you use a wine glass in the room they just take it away and not replacing it with a new etc

This is a well situated hotel with excellent service. Rooms are a little tired but more than suitable for a couple of nights.

Room is small. AC did not work. Room was noisy as not ' superior' face turbine-noisy AC fans - ironic as mine did not work initially!. Hotel did not service my room after Sleep. My phone kept buzzing during the night. The light situation is very poor, just one lamp in the room and one even duller light in the bathroom. Staff were nice enough yet didn't have 'local' knowledge of tours etc

Had a wonderful time at NJV Athens Plaza. Anytime I asked for something it was there within minutes!! Everyone was very nice and never had an issue with anything or anyone! Would recommend staying there.

I've stayed here couple of times and been very pleased. (superior room). The location is excellent being right on syntagma Square. The hotel is elegant with classic interior.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Very helpful and pleasant staff. The rooms are very modern but nice. Most places in Greece have two twin beds. Must be a European thing. They actually had a shower! (Our other stay at Royal Olympic was very nice but did not have a shower). It made getting clean a little more difficult. The hotel is very close to everything. Walk across the street to the Plaka (shopping district). It's a street with no vehicles lined with stores. It's like an outdoor mall. Had a good time for our short stay there.

Fantastic location. Was disappointed that we paid for a classic room and got "upgraded" to a superior room only to have a view of the lane way behind the hotel and on level 1. Breakfast staff were fantastic. Location is amazing. As soon as you step our you're in the city. Everything is walking distance away. Tours pick you up from this hotel which is helpful. Just extremely disappointed with the room location and they wouldn't allow us to change rooms even upon request the second night. The wifi is terrible too. Don't be fooled by the photos. The top floor photo with the view of the Parthenon is only a private function room. Guests are not allowed to go up there. I probably wouldn't stay here again.
