We arrived on Saturday evening because of a wedding. The first warning should have been the non-functioning and run down main building. Only the reception was operational. We got the keys to one of the bungalows where it was obvious that the whole place was run-down and in a state of abandonment. The room was not particularly clean but not dirty either. It was smelly, of course, due to cigarette smoking of previous guests. However, the first shock came when we wanted to have, surprise - surprise, a shower. There was no hot water! Next day same thing so we complained. Later in the evening same thing yet again. That was when their pathetic excuses started: no electrician on Sundays, water is lukewarm according to the maid, blah blah. We had to argue to have our rooms changed instead of being offered one automatically and that was after spending enough money in food and drinks by the pool area. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism throughout my travels in Europe and North America. The issue wasn't the fact that there was something not operational, as these things happen all the time. The issue is the lack of interest in solving the problem and the use of irrelevant excuses. When you charge over €60 per night you should provide basic amenities like hot water for shower!
Aaa and the best thing, even after finally getting a new room, which allegedly solved the problem, the issue resurfaced the next morning (a couple hrs ago to be exact) when we finally left. This is clearly not an isolated incident but an obvious cost-cutting exercise on behalf of management.
To conclude, the place is not worth €20, let alone over €60 per night. Stuff are unprofessional continuously insulting the intelligence of guests. It is particularly sad as you can see the potential and the past glories of the place. The videos and photos online are clearly from a bygone era. Spend your money elsewhere and enjoy the area.response / report this review -

Απαράδεκτο. Βρώμικο, παντού οσμή μούχλας. Το εστιατόριο βρώμικο το πρωινο πολύ μέτριο αλλά αν σκεφτεί κάποιος τον χώρο που ετοιμάζετε δεν θα έτρωγε. Δίνει εικόνα εγκαταλελειμένου ξενοδοχείου. Η πίσινα τόσο βρώμικη την γέμιζαν με λάστιχο!! Σε καμμία περίπτωση δεν μπαίνεις μέσα. Το κλιματιστικό δεν απέδιδε.Το TV control δεν είχε μπαταρίες. Τιμές μπαρ υψηλές.Δεν το προτείνω σε καμμία περίπτωση

Το δωμάτιο ήταν απαράδεκτα βρώμικο μύριζε μούχλα και στα τζάμια είχε περιττώματα από μύγες Η πισίνα ήταν βρώμικη και γενικά οι χώροι χρήζουν απαραίτητα ανακαίνιση. Το κτήριο που στεγάζεται η reception δείχνει εγκαταλελημενο και η υποδοχή του προσωπικού απογοητευτικη. Το room service πολύ κακό, το κλιματιστικό δεν απέδιδε, το τηλεκοντρόλ της υποτυπώδους TV δεν είχε μπαταρίες το πρωινό μέτριο. Η παραλία καλή, αν και οι ομπρέλες ήταν μικρές και σάπιες με κίνδυνο να σου έρθει κανένα καδρόνι στο κεφάλι, Γενικά με το ζόρι μια βραδιά Η τιμή σε σχέση με τις παροχές υπερβολικά υψηλή

Overall a good experience. Although the hotel is old and renovation required, and sometimes they have troubles with water in rooms, and breakfast is so so, but the beach is wonderful, one of the best we've seen in Greece, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend it if you need a rest on the beach for 1-2 days before going to the airport

Πολυ ακριβό για τις υπηρεσίες που προσφέρει. Το εστιατόριο. χρυσο με ποιοτητα ανυπαρκτη. Μια φορα επισκεψης σε κανει να μην το ξανασυστησεις πουθενα.

Very expensive for the level of services. It is a left out hotel, over a decade or more renovated, with poor management. Seems like a bussiness doing just the necessary to keep it on bussiness and it's not enough. The prices should be almost halh price.
