This hotel is really near to the beach, restaurants and to the centre.
The room was always clean, stuff was very kind, helpful and flexible.

The best part of the hotel is its location, in the prime area of Benitses, just cross the street of the beach, close to the Benitses centre, in walking distance, many options of restaurants and bars. The hotel offers daily room service. The lobby is comfortable, and spacious. It is great to sit and chill there.
However, the rooms on the 3rd floor are added for the peak season, I think. The room is too small and too hot. I do not think it is a hotel standard room, but just partitions to increase the capacity of the hotel. AC is not strong enough to fight with accumulated heat in the wall. The toilet is very tiny. The water supply is limited as well.response / report this review -

Хороший отель, приветливый персонал. Очень уютный зеленый закрытый от дороги дворик. Рядом пляж, магазины, кафе, туристическое бюро. Супер ;-)
