Ξεχασμένο από το χρόνο. Χώρος θυμίζει δεκαετία 70. Θέλει ανακαίνιση. Έπιπλα με έντονη φθορά. Ούτε τηλεόραση δεν είχε το δωμάτιο αν και το έγραφε. Το καζανάκι υπό κατάρρευση.

Located between Loutraki and the canal, Alexandros is strategic if you want to visit Corinth and the Argolid, but also Athens. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel (remember to make a sign to the bus driver, otherwise they won't stop), so you can easily and cheapily get to Athens, Loutraki or Isthmos (the main bus hub to travel to various places in the Peloponnese). The rooms are actually a little dusty, and there are some stains here and there, but it's nothing you can't live with. There is hot water: you just need to wait a little bit for it to come. The only actual problem we had was the air conditioning system: it smelled like smoke so we had to do with the fan in the roof; this way it was a little bit hot at night. Anyway, the owners (father and son) were always very kind and helpful wth us: more than once we had to face some problems, not related to the hotel but to the organization of our trip, and they were there to help us all the time. We felt very comfortable with them, and this I think can compensate for all the other stuff. The price was really really cheap (120 € for 4 nights), so if you want to stay at the gates of Peloponnese without spending too much, this place should do for you.
