  Beautiful and historical church but 0% turists friendly (es. no eng information, closed areas etc.) and to me it is unthinkable given its importance

  Incredible! It's such an old and beautiful place. Icons and frescos and so many pieces of art for the eyes. I was really impressed and I highly recommend visiting.

  Its the most famous oldest Byzantine church in Thessaloniki. Its got a very good incense smell and hosts a huge orthodox procession on Good Friday.
