You made fun of me 2 times in 4 days, as a result of which I lost time and money! For a product that you confirmed, by phone, that it is available on Monday (26/10) that we talked about and finally when I came to receive it it DID NOT EXIST! and your answer was that by Friday you will have it.
This resulted in me losing 50 kilometers and wasting time from my work, as well as exposing myself to my clients who were also waiting.
I said not to bother and gave way to anger!
But the story does not end here ..!
Today I called again to tell you if you have it now, and a lady assured that it is now available. I asked her if she was sure, because I am not close and she insisted that yes she is sure.
Then I came today to receive it, but in the end the exact same scenario happened and you had me "waiting" until I received your negative answer!
Lost time & expenses and worst of all, exposing myself as a professional to my clients.
I did not hear a single apology, instead I apologized for bringing me to your store twice (which are the last ones)
In the end, in order not to leave empty-handed, I got 2 things, to see how you would treat me, and the treatment was a very normal retail charge!
