  Great fish & traditional food, right near the doc, where you get a great view to the sea. The service is really good and the locals are nice and friendly. It's the oldest local on the Island and popular between travelers.

  Service was sensational. Greeted immediately by friendly faces. Wine recommendations were passionately offered, and an excellent glass of Antipaxi wine delivered - all within mere moments. Refills came swiftly, and when paired with their mixed-mezes plate - it just hit the spot! The seafood is next level - especially the salmon fritters, shrimps in tomato sauce, and the seabass. I'm so thankful to their executive chef, Christos, who recommended Genesis to me and my hubby. Can't wait to go back as soon as I arrive in Paxos again! I could eat everything they offer - as each bite is unbelievably even better than the last!

  I'd like to tell you about the waves lapping up against the shoreline, the sun kissing your cheeks without being too hot, and the liberal amounts of shade afforded by Genesis' over-sized umbrellas, but that'll have to wait.
  
  Because, while the ambiance at this waterfront eatery is bar-none, the hospitality, food, and potables make it a must-do for anyone's trip to Paxos.
  
  A light hint of garlic wafts in the air as a combination of meze (shared plates) and market-fresh seafood are whipped up at your leisure. The grilled courgette and peppers are succulent, the dips - refreshing, and the wine - intriguingly good. Request a glass of the Antipaxi white, a dynamic, local specialty, and sip it alongside several kitchen-recommended tastes. You'll be in good hands when you do. We were.
