I ordered through phone a bouquet that I wanted to send a few meters away from the shop. The minimum amount for a bouquet was 25€ plus 3€ the delivery. I was not happy with the flowers, they were not super fresh and looked poor although the lady on the phone was kind and send them fast to the destination.

Do not order flowers from here, they will rip you off. I ordered flowers, a vase and chocolate from a website called Maria Fiorista and it was fulfilled using Zerbera Flowers. I ordered a premium size, the largest of the 3 sizes offered and instead received the smallest size.
I also ordered a 35 euro ceramic vase for them to go into (is a larger vase for larger premium flowers) instead I got a 25 euro glass vase. Zerbera lies to me and says you can't get a ceramic vase in Greece.
We also ordered a box of Lindt collection of chocolate for 33 euro and instead got a smaller box of Bianca chocolates which sell for less than 4 euro. Again, Zerbera lied to me claiming you can't get Lindt chocolates in Greece when the reality is they just gave me lower value chocolates.
I called Zerbera on the phone, they didn't care and when I asked why they didn't inform the company I ordered from or me that they didn't have what I ordered they didn't care and kept claiming you couldn't get a ceramic vase or Lindt chocolates in Greece.
I mean if you don't have what I ordered, you should not just substitute lower value items without telling the customer so the customer can decide if they still want them or want to cancel since you couldn't fulfill the order.
Neither Zerbera Flowers or Maria Fiorista have responded as to how they are going to fix this, I have been shorted over 50 euros based on what wasn't provided in my order and neither company seems to care they are defrauding their customers. If Zerbera is at fault, they should not be fulfilling orders for Maria Fiorista and would expect Maria Fiorist to stop using them for future orders.
I can't trust either company to fulfill my orders in the future and will never use either one ever again, not just because the order was messed up but because of their uncaring customer service agents who are ignoring the fraud that happened and refusing to respond with what they are going to do to fix the problem
Copies of this will be posted to Facebook support groups in Athens as well, need to make sure any future customers know how bad Zerbera Flowers is at screwing over their customers and not caring to fix the problem.response / report this review -

Χωρίς να είναι ένα Ανθοπωλείο "πολυτελείας" , μπορείς να βρείς αυτό που σε ενδιαφέρει , να πάρεις τις κατάλληλες πληροφορίες για την φροντίδα του και να το πληρώσεις σε λογική τιμή .
