First of all, terrible internet connection with low signal and speed, exactly the opposite from the info in the site, good service's from the staff. The breakfast it's not what I expected for 5* hotel very low quality. Quiet rooms for that season. Very nice spa with professional person absolutely amazing service's.

Definitely not a 5* hotel! When checking in, we were expected to bring all our luggage to our rooms, as there was no one there to help. The quality of the food in the main restaurant (smart all inclusive) is absolutely low. Also, there was a wedding reception on the Saturday night with a live band. We were not able to sleep as the band was playing until 3 or 4 in the morning. The family room was small, old and tragic. The stuff was polite enough.

My favorite hotel so far. The prices are very reasonable if you consider the luxury, quality and the comfort of the facilities. There is a spa, a gym an inside and outside restaurant, a cafe, a conference center, along with a pool. It basically has it all and its my go-to choice when I visit Ioannina. On top of that the whole staff is very helpful. My family and friends are regulars there xx only "downside" is that you need a car if you're staying there because it is 10' away from the center (although I think they offer transportation)

Exquisite food. Nice pool. Excellent stuff.
On the downside, unreserved rooms, very dirty carpet and bad cleaning (in pict. the towels before distributing in rooms!) No working Wi-Fi almost nowhere. Not Lux or 5 star hotel.

This is not a 5 star hotel. The (executive! ) room was Ok but smallish rather good for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was very poor. Very bad quality of juice and ham and everything bellow expectations. It is charged at 15 euro which is quite expensive. They offer only filter coffee and although they said that any kind of coffee is included they charged separately the espresso. Hoyel is close to the mountains very far from the city. Car is a must. Room price is low which indicates that this is a 3-4 stars hotel.

Overall the hotel was lovely, rooms were large and comfortable. I would not say the same regarding the food and the decoration.

Good hotel, but has more to use of his decoration-it's on the highway, so you need to drive to reach Ioannina or another town

Great rooms and service. Very good offers as far as pricing and daily meals are concerned. Close to the main part of the city. Cozy and fully equipped for any time of the year.
