If you don't mind taking chances with thumping beats until 4AM from the nearby club or arena, or something open-air, that neither closed windows nor earplugs can bring down to reasonable levels. that's your place. Otherwise - avoid.

Very nice hotel, with spa and swimming pool, located in a quiet area. It frequently hosts conferences and events, so it might be crowded sometimes.
