Wir fühlten uns bei Elena wirklich als willkommene Gäste. Elena und ihr Personal kümmerten sich rührend um unser Wohlergehen. Sogar eine Fahrt zum Arzt wurde organisiert.
Die Zimmer sind sehr nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Απαραδεκτη και αντιεπαγγελματικη συμπεριφορα
Το δωμάτιο που κλείσαμε για δύο βράδια μας είπαν-όταν φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο- ότι πλημμύρισε και ότι δεν ήταν διαθέσιμο. Η κα Έλενα επέλεξε να μην μας ενημερώσει, όταν τηλεφωνήσαμε για να επιβεβαιώσουμε την κράτηση πριν ξεκινήσουμε, με αποτέλεσμα να φτάσουμε στις 10 το βράδυ χωρίς πολλές εναλλακτικές λύσεις. Η λύση που πρότεινε ήταν να μας διαθέσει ένα άλλο δωμάτιο μόνο για ένα βράδυ και την επόμενη μέρα να πάμε σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο.
Αν και αθέτησε τη συμφωνία μας χωρίς να δώσει εξηγήσεις, ήταν ιδιαίτερα αγενής, δεν μας ζήτησε συγνώμη, μας κατηγόρησε ότι φτάσαμε αργά και φυσικά δεν έκρινε σκόπιμο να μας ενημερώσει νωρίτερα.response / report this review -

We got a nice clean room that accommodates our family of four. It was like the pictures portrayed it sans the fire but I think though we thought it was cold it was not cold for that season. But there was a very efficient heater that kept us at just the right temperature. Our room did not have a view of the mountain peaks but our balcony had a picturesque view of the next village and it was quiet right what one could expect from a quiet mountain village. The breakfast was filling and tasty. We had a great experience and we would go back and recommend it to friends.
