  I rented a small car 3 days before arriving via internet. Everything was quick, polite and efficient. It took about 5 minutes to get the car, and 5 days later the return even less. I am grateful for them making our holiday easier and happier.

  We've booked the car (suzuki A class) for 3 days in the enterprise office. When we came in the morning our car wasn' t available and the office manager offered to take opel astra for this day and for the last 2 days suzuki. He also offered to pay extra charge for full insurance. We agreed. When we returned opel for replacement in the evening the same office manager told us that there is no cars for tomorrow. And said that no matter what we were talking about because in the reservation check they wrote only 1 day. As I understood right they hadn't any suitable cars for us and decided to rent another more expensive through this unfair scheme. Very clever! Yes, it was foolishly from our side not to look attentivly in the car reservation check but we couldn't expect that such a reliable company uses "street" deceptive tricks and intentionally midleads their clients!
