Well organised place. Beautiful outside area with olive trees and green. Helpful people and a variety of facilities including basketball and tennis court, playground and a big swimming pool with a great pool bar.

Amazing location for a hotel like this. Excellent rooms with a lovely view. Wide and deep pool. I rate this hotel 4 stars because the service by the pool is a little bit slow. Over all, it was a pleasant experience.

The place looks up market but food and drinks are bad. Any bar on the corner does it better. We did not finish our 9 euro Strawberry daiquiri, it was simply a strawberry cordial with rum. Food was very average and expensive. Overall disappointed. Fortunately the staff was nice and helpful.

Great family (not only) hotel, close to the beach. Food was very good, the rooms were nice and big and the big pool was a plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I totally recommend it.

Spent a week there with my family, the location was perfect for us, just a short bus ride into town. (2km to the harbour, about 4 to City Square).
We went all inclusive which was a mistake since we don't eat meat, and the food was very repetitive, salad most days for us and pasta with tomato sauce for the kids.
Wifi was terrible in the room, unusable, so it's lucky the EU has gotten rid of roaming fees otherwise it'd have been expensive.
Main pool is deep, 2 meters, and the kids pool isn't protected from the Sun, so it's not massively child friendly - if you have young kids that can't swim remember to consider this and bring a flotation device.
All in all we loved our stay in Kalamata. The hotel staff, the city and the area were all fantastic. Will definitely be back.response / report this review -

Good hotel close to the sea. Shower a bit dangerous. Nights were spoiled by kids running around but the hotel put extra staff in the corridors to calm them. Where were the teachers?

Their reception does not work. The remote control of the AC never works and you need to go constantly to them and they never solve the problem.
Also happened that my luggage came delayed, the airline company call the hotel telling the informations about it and they simply forgot of telling me. Because of their deplorable service i had to spend all my vacation without any of my stuff and spending extra money for buying new things. Choose another place, you will be happier.response / report this review -
